With an ageing population, society faces increasing challenges to ensure health and social care is available to all, that care needs are met, and that care delivered is delivered to the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission, the recipient, and their families.
In a sector continually under the spotlight due to continuing budget cuts and funding shortfalls, Health & Social Care Providers and Local Authorities are turning to mediation as a means to resolve concerns, complaints and grievances linked to both access to care and the standard of the care provision itself.
What do we do?
Our goal is simple: to help deliver an outcome that satisfies everyone.
With over 30 years’ experience within the Health Sector, including supporting both vulnerable adults and children, Link Mediation Services is ideally placed to assist individuals and organisations in resolving any disputes which arise.
