Jan McDermott
Job title:
- Managing Director
Jan is an experienced mediator, manager and team leader with 25 years’ experience of working in a variety of roles with vulnerable adults & young people in the healthcare sector and criminal justice system.
Jan is also a qualified lawyer, trained barrister, and accredited Police Station Representative.
Accreditations:
- Accredited Mediator – (UK Mediation)
- Accredited RJ Practitioner – (Restorative Solutions)
Laura Green
Job title:
- Operations Director
Laura is responsible for overseeing the delivery of LINK's contracts.
She is an experienced mediator and a certified practitioner of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Tracey Adekoya

- Accredited Mediator & Workplace Specialist
Tracey is an experienced mediator & HR expert who has over 25 years’ experience of working in a variety of roles in the public and private sectors.
Tracy is also trained in SFBT.
